Q. Can you order multiple bands and only pay one courier fee? A. Yes. Add a product to your cart, return to parkrun bands page and select further products. Courier is only applied at checkout.
Q. How are the Emergency Numbers Formatted? A. All emergency numbers (ICE - In Case of emergency) are engraved as ICE: +27 xx xxx xxxx. If your emergency number is not a South African number please advise us.
Q. Where do I get a parkrun barcode? A. Before ordering a parkrun wristband you need to register on the parkrun website. parkrun will allocate a unique barcode to each runner in the Format: "Axxxxxxx". When ordering the wristband please provide us with this unique barcode number. If you have not registered at parkrun please CLICK HERE

Q. What payment methods are accepted ? A. We use Payfast to process payments. Credit / Cheque cards and Instant EFT are available payment options via Payfast. We also accept Bitcoin via Bitpay and will be introducing a QR code payment system shortly.
Q. What happens if there is a mistake on my TenBits band? A. If a mistake is made by Tenbits, we will replace the product at no additional charge. If it is found that the customer supplied the incorrect information then the customer will be liable to purchase a new band at the full price. As the products are customised with the customers information we cannot re-use the product in question. Please double check your info when submitting an order.
Q. Can I wear the Swift / Strap ID parkrun bands daily ? A. Please note that the Swift parkrun bands are silicone bands with the engraving directly on the band. They are intended for use at parkrun events only. These bands will fade if you use them daily. You will need to order a new band if you wear the band continuously and the band fades. Should you wish to wear a more durable band then please have a look at our ID Band collection.
