Q. What colours will be on offer in 2018? A. parkrun has recently updated their colour schedules and they have a new logo. We will be updating our bands to display the new logo and will be offering the bands in the new parkrun colours.  Our current pink and green bands will be discontinued. More to follow

Q. Can you order multiple bands and only pay one courier fee? A. Yes. Add a product to your cart, return to parkrun bands page and select further products. Courier is only applied at checkout.

Q. How are the Emergency Numbers Formatted? A. All emergency numbers (ICE - In Case of emergency) are engraved as ICE: +27 xx xxx xxxx. If your emergency number is not a South African number please advise us.  

Q. Where do I get a parkrun barcode? A. Before ordering a parkrun wristband you need to register on the parkrun website. parkrun will allocate a unique barcode to each runner in the Format: "Axxxxxxx". When ordering the wristband please provide us with this unique barcode number. If you have not registered at parkrun please CLICK HERE

Q. What payment methods are accepted ? A. We use Payfast to process payments. Credit / Cheque cards and Instant EFT are available payment options via Payfast. We also accept Bitcoin via Bitpay and will be introducing a QR code payment system shortly.
