Fit and Size

The Swift parkrun band comes in 4 sizes: (160mm), (180mm), (190mm), (202mm). 

The above measurements are the actual circumference of the band. Your wrist needs to be at least 5mm smaller than the stated measurements in order for the band to fit onto your wrist. Currently we only supply the colours you see on the website.

The Strap ID parkrun band is an adjustable one size fits all band. Fits wrists 150 mm - 202 mm.

The Twin ID band is a one size fits all band. It does not have a barcode and is for important information in case of emergency, such as contact and medical aid details. The sizing instruction are as follows:

  1. IMPORTANT: The silicone band must be cut equally from each side such that the stainless steel face plate is always in the middle of the band. Once you have determined the correct size, cut along the segmented lines on the back of the silicone wristband.
  2. The clasp opens by pressing on the studs and releasing the fastener. (Image 1)
  3. To attached the clasp to the silicone band, use a blunt knife on both ends of the clasp to release the toothed fasteners. (Image 2) Close the fasteners onto the silicone band
  4. Rather cut less and re-size several times than cut the band too short.

  1. When you receive the band the clasp will be attached to one end.
  2. You will need to determine the correct size of the band and then cut along the segmented lines on the back of the silicone wristband. Rather cut less and re-size several times than cut the band too short.
  3. The clasp opens by pressing on the studs and releasing the fastener. (Image 1 above)
